Waterfall Yoga Hike, Swim & Wine Tasting
Sunday August 12th
After we're exercised, stretched and cooled off, we'll head to one of the finest vineyards in Connecticut for a wine tasting. Snacking on cheese and other morsels of yummy delight, we'll take our best guess at naming the qualities of the wines.
Our yoga practice will be a flowing vinyasa / hatha style, suitable for all levels. Beginners welcomed.
Wear stretchy comfortable clothing, crop pants or shorts with a liner, a somewhat fitted t-shirt or tank top, sneakers, and a light jacket or sweater if it is cooler.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, lunch, swimsuit, towel, sunhat, suncreen, insect repellent, sunglasses.
Cost: $85
Includes: Yoga Class, Guided Hike, waterfall swim, wine tasting, RT transportation to/from NYC, and cheese and snacks at the vineyard.
